Mr. Gingerich has more than 24 years of accounting experience in industry and public practice. His role at LainFaulkner has included all phases of bankruptcy accounting including pre-bankruptcy financial planning, preparing Statements of Financial Affairs and Debtor's Schedules, preparing operating reports and financial modeling. Additionally, Mr. Gingerich has assisted post-confirmation fiduciaries in several bankruptcy cases by analyzing claims and general case management. He is skilled in analyzing avoidance transactions, searching for hidden assets, and performing cash and asset tracings. Mr. Gingerich also consults on tax and financial matters, using his ten years of experience in analyzing the tax situations of debtor companies. He is involved with the planning, preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns, specialized analysis and tax research. Before joining LainFaulkner, Mr. Gingerich served as CFO for small and midsize restaurant companies ($12 - 20 million in annual revenues) for twelve years. His responsibilities included preparation and managment of year end audits, third party reporting, preparation of financial projections and operating budgets and securing capital financing. Mr. Gingerich was integral to operation of the restaurant business. His contributions included planning and construction of restaurants, equipment purchases, hiring and training of personnel and selecting food and beverage vendors. During his 12 years in public accounting, Mr. Gingerich was a tax department manager, specializing in small to medium sized professional, manufacturing and retail industries. Mr. Gingerich is a Certified Public Accountant with related memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
