Mrs. Reynolds has in-depth expertise in the
areas of bankruptcy, business advisory services and commercial and
environmental litigation. As head of LainFaulkner’s state-of-the-art
Claims Administration practice, she has developed and formalized many
of the quality processes that distinguish this service.
With more than 30 years of experience in industry and public accounting, Mrs. Reynolds has extensive knowledge of bankruptcy services that encompasses preparation of Debtor’s Schedules and Statements of Financial Affairs, claims processing and distributions, forecasts and historical financial statements, preference and fraudulent transfer analyses, asset tracing, and expert witness testimony. She has reviewed reorganization plans, performed solvency and liquidation analyses, prepared financial projections and served as Disbursing Agent, Noticing Agent and Docketing Agent in many bankruptcy cases. She has also served as a Court appointed fiduciary in state court matters as well as Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and post-confirmation trustee in bankruptcy cases. Her litigation services experience includes cash tracing, calculation of lost profits and other damages, and compilation and evaluation of environmental damage claims. She has performed acquisition due diligence reviews, operational analyses for troubled companies, and reconstruction of accounting records.
Mrs. Reynolds is a contributing author of
PPC’s A Guide to Troubled Businesses and Bankruptcies, a
nationally recognized resource for bankruptcy accountants. She is a
Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified
Public Accountants. She is also a member of the American Bankruptcy
Institute and recipient of the AICPA’s Certificate of Educational
Achievement in Business Valuations. Mrs. Reynolds holds a Master of
Management and Administration with a concentration in Accounting; and a
Master of Science in Environmental Science, both from the University of
Texas at Dallas. Prior to entering public accounting, Mrs. Reynolds
received a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the
University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. She is a Registered Medical
Technologist with the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.
