Dennis S. Faulkner
Mr. Faulkner has more than 40 years of accounting and management experience in bankruptcy and litigation services. He has also advised troubled companies on strategic, financial and operational matters. Mr. Faulkner demonstrates great finesse in addressing complex financial and accounting issues arising in bankruptcy, dispute resolution and litigation support engagements by gathering and analyzing data, relating key findings to client needs, explaining conclusions clearly and concisely and, when appropriate, facilitating solutions.
Mr. Faulkner has assisted in the formulation and review of reorganization plans, preparation of financial projections, asset liquidation, administration and analysis of claims, and forensic accounting, including the tracing of assets. He has individually served as examiner, both federal and state court receiver, chief restructuring officer, both Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 trustee, and as post-confirmation trustee in a variety of engagements. His work in litigation services encompasses accounting investigations and expert witness testimony. As a business advisor, Mr. Faulkner has performed strategic planning, crisis management, operational reviews, and day-to-day operations administration.
Mr. Faulkner is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner with related memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors. Mr. Faulkner holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas.

Jason A. Rae
Mr. Rae is a restructuring professional with more than 20 years of experience providing financial consulting services to companies in distress. Such experience has included serving in a variety of roles such as a chief restructuring officer, chapter 11 trustee, plan administrator, liquidating trustee, disbursing agent/settlement administrator and controller.
Frequently serves as the firm’s team leader as either an accountant or financial advisor for chapter 11 trustees, chapter 7 trustees, debtors, creditor committees, secured lenders, examiners, liquidating trustees and receivers in numerous insolvency matters. Services have included pre-bankruptcy financial planning, cash management, financial modeling, covenant compliance review/reporting, assistance with formulation and review of plans of reorganization and monitoring performance. Services have also included valuation analysis such as plan feasibility analysis, liquidation scenarios, adequate assurance analysis/negotiations and insolvency analysis.
Practice also includes the performance of forensic accounting investigations in either a consulting or expert capacity for cash and asset tracings, preference and fraudulent transfer analysis, claims analysis, management financial statement fraud, asset misappropriation investigations, valuation analysis and commercial damage analysis.
Mr. Rae is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor, Certified in Distressed Business Valuation, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a Master Analyst of Financial Forensics with related memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and the Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Rae holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.

D. Brian Crisp
Mr. Crisp has more than 30 years of experience in bankruptcy matters, forensic accounting and litigation services, public practice and industry. His practice at LainFaulkner is primarily focused on analyzing preference and fraudulent transfers on behalf of debtors and creditors, administration of post-confirmation trusts and providing forensic accounting and litigation services.
Mr. Crisp has over 20 years of experience in bankruptcy matters including preference and fraudulent transfer analyses, assistance in formulation and review of plans of reorganization, claims analysis and administration, asset liquidations, preparing operating reports and financial projections. Additionally, Mr. Crisp has extensive experience in the administration of post-confirmation trusts and has served as the Liquidation Agent or Plan Administrator for three oil and gas entities. Mr. Crisp has performed numerous forensic accounting investigations related to litigation and/or bankruptcy in various industries.
Mr. Crisp has experience in both public practice and industry. In public practice, he provided audit and business consulting services in numerous industries with two national accounting firms. Mr. Crisp’s industry experience includes Controller and Chief Accounting Officer positions in the real estate, entertainment and oil and gas industries.
Mr. Crisp is a Certified Public Accountant with related memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Crisp holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Abilene Christian University.

Dean Bielitz
Mr. Bielitz is a CPA with over 35 years of experience in the tax area. His experience includes both Public Accounting and Corporate Tax Accounting in several industries, such as hospitality, natural gas midstream, retail and real estate. He also has experience in the preparation of Corporate, Partnership, MLP, Individual, S-Corporate and Trust tax returns. Prior to joining Lain, Faulkner & Co., he worked with the FDIC preparing tax returns for insolvent banks. Early in his career, Mr. Bielitz was involved with the tax return preparation and consulting of a major banking industry bankruptcy case.
During his 11 year tenure with Lain Faulkner, Mr. Bielitz has made significant contributions to the successful management of bankruptcy cases across a wide range of industries, such as farming, oil and gas, restaurants and services. His work has involved bankruptcy tax support for major businesses as well as the small sole proprietor. Many of his responsibilities have included attesting to the validity of assets as exempt, verifying the accuracy of Debtor prepared and filed tax returns, researching tax matters unique to bankruptcy and the preparation and filing of a wide range of tax returns on behalf of both Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 Trustees. Most recently, he has provided analysis and application services for the Employee Retention Credit to several bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy clients.
Mr. Bielitz is a Certified Public Accountant with related memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Bielitz holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University, Shreveport and a Master of Taxation in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Kelly McCullough
Kelly has more than 30 years of experience in public practice and industry. He currently focuses his attention on providing accounting and consulting services on behalf of trustees, receivers, debtors and creditors which includes expert witness testimony in federal and state courts, forensic accounting, litigation services, preference and fraudulent transfer analysis, claims analysis and administration, asset liquidations and Bankruptcy matters.
Additionally, Kelly has served in a fiduciary capacity, as trustee for liquidating and litigation trusts, as state court receiver and temporary and permanent guardian of an estate in Probate Court. Kelly has extensive financial, accounting and operational experience in wide range of industries including telecommunications, transportation, insurance and food services.
Kelly comes to LainFaulkner from Litzler, Segner, Shaw & McKenney, LLP (LSSM), a firm that also provided bankruptcy and litigation services. As a partner at LSSM, Kelly has worked on bankruptcies, receiverships and special engagements since joining LSSM in 2008. Prior to that Kelly served as Director of Finance for an international transportation company, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for a Fortune 500 telecom company and started his career in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).
Mr. McCullough is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Global Management Accountant, Certified Turnaround Professional and Certified Valuation Analyst with related memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, Turnaround Management Association, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees. Mr. McCullough received his MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and his BBA in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Benjamin Beckelman
Mr. Beckelman, a CPA and tax professional with over 30 years of experience in the accounting and construction industries. Such experience includes network-based platforms, technical accounting acumen and ability to control costs and improve processes. Also, a leader in shaping market-driven pro-builder green home building policy making in Austin and Washington, DC.
Additional experience includes serving as CFO, Controller and in a variety of financial capacities over a 30 year time period in the commercial development, construction and property management areas. Mr. Beckelman has intimate knowledge of the hard costs and soft costs to build a home at multiple price points. He possesses a thorough knowledge and understanding of mechanic lien laws, commingling of trust funds, tracing trust funds, as well as the best practices for communicating with builder and clients, in preconstruction meetings, project management and change orders. Mr. Beckelman was asked by the key National Association of Home Builder government policy makers to give testimony with United States Senator Staffers on Capital Hill regarding Green Building, Energy Efficient homes, and the incremental cost (Article published in Builder Magazine). He helped lobby with the government relations committee on the Dallas Board to encourage Dallas building inspections department to have a reasonable approach to Phase One and Two of the Dallas Green Building ordinances. He also lobbied in Austin Texas with legislators regarding the Texas Net Margin tax, as well as other developing issues related to commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Beckelman was a consulting and testifying expert in cases regarding commercial and residential real estate.
Mr. Beckelman is a Certified Public Accountant with related memberships in the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors, Dallas Builders Association, Dallas Estate Planning Council, Timberline Sage 300 User Group and the Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Beckelman is a Certified Green Professional (NAHB), a Certified Graduate Builder (NAHB) and a Texas Real Estate Broker. Mr. Beckelman holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and MS Tax Accounting from the University of North Texas.
